Title: Senior Managing Director - Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced dynamic and strategic professional to assume the role of Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense divisions. As the Senior Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the overall success and growth of these key business units within our client's organization. Candidates must have an excellent sales record at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a clear and effective business strategy for the Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense divisions.
• Align the divisions' objectives with the overall company goals and vision.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Financial Management:

• Drive financial success by managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Make informed decisions to optimize financial performance and achieve revenue targets.

Market Analysis and Expansion:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Develop and execute plans for market expansion and business growth.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance business partnerships.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to key executives and managers within the divisions.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust compliance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent ability to sell new logos and nurture relationships at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, and best practices.
• A degree in Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
