24-hour shifts, 7am to 7am, 3 to 5 shifts per month
2 to 3 deliveries per day, mostly cesarean sections
Level 4 referral center
High risk OB labor and delivery management required
Ongoing coverage potential
Rounding on 15 to 18 patients per day, up to 25 at peak
Direct supervision of residents
High acuity, high risk OB transfers
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
