Weekday call -- rounds on own inpatients
Weekend call every 3 - 4 weeks
10 - 12 patients seen per day
New patient visits 45 - 60 min -- established visits 20 min
Hospital privileges required
Trauma procedures required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
