The Administrative Assistant in the Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing, AI Institute, ensures the smooth daily operations of the institute by serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, faculty, staff, and students while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. This role manages basic reception responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering e-mails, coordinating meetings, and drafting correspondence. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency to support the institute's overall functionality.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • The successful candidate must be able to learn and apply university policies and procedures and possess a basic understanding of project management principles.
