A/L Executive Director

Our client, a respected senior living community in the Georgetown, TX area, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations and continue advancing a culture centered on exceptional care, resident engagement, and team excellence.

This leader will oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial performance, team development, and partnership with families. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for serving seniors, experience leading assisted living or memory care operations, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
