What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete major engine repairs, timing chains, and other complex mechanical work
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations
• Maintain quality workmanship while producing 30-50 billable hours per week
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team dedicated to exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently complete complex repairs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

• Maryland State Inspector License
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
• ASE Certifications
• Independent repair shop experience
• Dealer technicians with strong diagnostic experience are encouraged to apply
