About the Shop

We're a busy, full-service, family-friendly automotive repair shop in Grawn, MI known for quality work, integrity, and investing in our mechanics. We're seeking an experienced A-Level Mechanic who thrives on diagnostics, complex repairs, and delivering top-tier workmanship.

Compensation

• $38.50-$56.80 per hour
• Annual earning potential: $85,000-$120,000
• Weekly pay
• Flexible pay structure (hourly, flat rate, or hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs
• Complete jobs from diagnosis through final quality check
• Work on domestic and import vehicles
• Create accurate estimates and service documentation
• Mentor team members when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Utilize shop software for inspections and estimating

Requirements

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Michigan Mechanic Certified License required
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform start-to-finish repairs independently
• Strong estimating and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer, reading, and writing skills
• ASE Certifications preferred
