We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a growing repair shop in Orland Park, Illinois. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, drivability, and complex vehicle concerns
• Troubleshoot and repair difficult automotive issues accurately and efficiently
• Support and mentor fellow technicians to encourage continued growth and development
• Help improve shop workflow, efficiency, and overall performance
• Assist with complex repairs and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional work environment

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional automotive repair experience
• Three or more years of diagnostic experience
• Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician or Lead Technician
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Well-rounded experience with general automotive repair
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop other technicians
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
