Compensation $90,000-$150,000 annual earning potential Flat Rate pay plan Production bonuses 40-hour weekly guarantee Bi-weekly payroll What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting Diagnose and repair electrical systems Resolve drivability concerns Perform A/C diagnostics and repairs Complete engine repairs and replacements Replace timing belts and water pumps Perform transmission-related repairs Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Perform general repair and maintenance Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining efficiency What We're Looking For Required 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Advanced drivability diagnostic experience Ability to work independently Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Valid driver's license Personal tools Ability to diagnose and repair multiple makes and models Preferred Independent repair shop experience ASE Certifications Japanese import experience Experience with Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Kia, and Hyundai Master Technician-level skillset About Alternative Auto Care Alternative Auto Care has proudly served the Thornton community for over 30 years.
