What You'll Be Doing
Advanced diagnostics
Drivability diagnosis
Electrical diagnostics
Check engine light diagnostics
Engine replacement
General repair
Preventative maintenance
Vehicle inspections
Repair estimates
Work on Domestic, Asian and European vehicles
Typical workload is approximately:
60% diagnostics
40% maintenance and repair
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic ability
Able to diagnose drivability and electrical concerns
Experience with engine replacement and major repairs
Own professional tools
Valid driver's license
Ability to consistently produce 40-50 billed hours weekly
ASE Certifications preferred but not required
Strong B-Level Technicians with advanced diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay
$40-$57/hour Flat Rate
Guaranteed minimum hours
Typical earnings: $100,000-$165,000+
