A-Level Automotive Technician | $140K+ Earning Potential | No Weekends | Diagnostician

Location: Wilton, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: Guaranteed salary up to $110,000 + flag rate Bonus starting at 35 hours (Based on experience)
Earning Potential: Up to $140K+ Annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Wilton, CT. Earn $100K+ with a competitive base plus production bonus while working a Monday-Friday schedule in a modern shop with a strong team culture and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Service European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Mentor junior technicians and support a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills across Euro, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
• ASE Certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
