Position Summary
Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level Automotive Technician for a growing, customer-focused shop in Centralia, WA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no weekends, offering competitive flat-rate pay and a strong, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all major vehicle systems
Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance concerns
Complete brake, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and A/C system repairs
Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document findings electronically
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Uphold high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on diagnostic expertise
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with scan tools and digital inspection platforms
ASE certifications preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
