Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent automotive repair shop in Dallas, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who can perform advanced diagnostics and repairs from start to finish while earning $40-$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles.
- Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
- Document repair recommendations accurately and thoroughly.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Previous experience in an independent repair shop or dealership.
- Proven ability to perform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs independently.
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
- Strong computer skills and experience using shop management software such as Tekmetric is preferred.
- Fleet repair experience is preferred.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Demonstrated reliability, organization, and commitment to quality workmanship.
