What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models
• Handle drivability concerns with confidence and accuracy
• Work on light diesel when needed (no heavy-duty teardown work)
• Deliver high-quality work that keeps customers coming back
• Collaborate with a solid, supportive team

What They’re Looking For

• A-Level Tech: 8+ years of dealership or independent experience
  OR
• B+ Tech: 5+ years experience with solid diagnostic skills and a drive to grow
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
