We are seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles across a variety of makes and models.
- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document repair recommendations.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with the service team.
- Assist with writing repair estimates and explaining recommended services as needed.
- Participate in customer vehicle presentations when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician experience.
- Five or more years of automotive repair experience.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience preparing repair estimates and explaining repair recommendations.
- Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software.
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work.
Compensation & Benefits
