Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.96/hour base plus bonus

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician to join a busy independent repair shop in Gonzales, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong diagnostic skills who enjoys heavy-line repairs and wants to grow with a well-established team. You'll earn a weekly paycheck with a base hourly rate plus bonus opportunities while working a Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and heavy-line automotive repairs.
- Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Document repairs and inspections using Tekmetric shop management software.
- Work closely with the service team to communicate repair recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment.
- Stay current with industry training and ASE certification requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience performing heavy-line repairs.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and A/C systems.
- ASE certifications required.
- Professional, organized, and dependable work habits.
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital shop software.
