Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $25/hour base
Pay Type: Base pay plus efficiency-based production pay

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. This position provides a $1,000 weekly base ($25/hour) with additional production pay structured around technician efficiency levels. Depending on experience and efficiency, technicians can earn approximately $80,000-$110,000 annually, along with paid medical coverage, performance bonuses, and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

• Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance

• Complete PA safety inspections

• Communicate repair findings clearly

• Maintain quality and productivity standards while working efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

• A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience

• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

• Current PA Safety Inspection License required

• PA Emissions License preferred

Compensation & Benefits
