Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35-$55 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly (Direct Deposit every Tuesday)
Earning Potential: Up to $110,000+ annually based on productivity

Introduction

We are seeking two experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join a busy, high-performing independent repair shop in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and accurately identify mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete major engine repairs, including head gasket and timing component replacement.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience performing major engine repairs, including head gaskets and timing jobs.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Experience working with all makes and models preferred.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Dealership experience is welcome.

Compensation & Benefits
