Job Summary:

As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and servicing aircraft and components while adhering to manufacturer specifications and regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet and contributing to our commitment to superior service.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections following manufacturers’ guidelines.
  • Diagnose and repair aircraft components by interpreting maintenance manuals.
  • Assemble and install various aircraft components using hand and power tools.
  • Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime, which may involve travel.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations consistently.
 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, and lift in various weather conditions.
  • Vision acuity for adjusting and focusing on tasks.
  • Professional demeanor in representing the company to customers.
 
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30-$35, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
