    Description

    Mission

    • Support customers in integrating Business aircraft into their operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Provide strong troubleshooting support to help resolve technical and operational aircraft issues effectively.
    • Prioritize and escalate technical or operational concerns within both the customer's organization and Bombardier as required.
    • Deliver informal training and share technical, operational, and logistical knowledge related to aircraft operation and maintenance.
    • Keep Bombardier management informed of key operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer procedures and overall aircraft operations.
    • Encourage adoption of recommended actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Share Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant Bombardier documentation to clarify intent and highlight operational improvements.
    • Deliver reports in accordance with established schedules and requirements.
    • Lead or support field teams during modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centres.
    • Effectively navigate and utilise internal customer support and in-service processes.
    • Identify and escalate recurring fleet issues to Technical Services for potential product improvements.
    • Participate in customer meetings, including fleet reliability and operational reviews.
    • Travel to service facilities as required to support complex troubleshooting or customer requests.

    Profile

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience.

    • At least 2 years of experience working on Business aircraft, including:

    • Global 5000 / 6000

    • Global 7500

    • Challenger 300 / 350

    • Challenger 605 / 650

    • Strong aircraft troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

    • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, databases, email, and web-based systems.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.

    • Ability to write professional reports and correspondence.

    • Willingness and ability to travel as required.

    • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred.

    • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
