Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an A/R Billing Assistant/Project Admin

• The A/R Billing Assistant/Project Admin will provide support to A/R Manager and Project Managers by ensuring invoicing is complete and accurate, and collections are timely.

• Responsibilities include preparing bills, reconciling invoices, and reviewing project status.

• The A/R Billing Assistant/Project Admin will work closely with project managers, clients, and accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate billing for infrastructure and technology services.

• Additional responsibilities include setting up job files, original job budgets and change orders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Construction billing and collections or project administration, more specifically experience with AIA billings and Lien releases

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with accounting and project management software is a plus
