A Room to Heal transforms the lives of children facing serious medical challenges by creating personalized healing spaces that address their medical, physical, and emotional needs while promoting comfort, hope, and emotional well-being. The goal of this project is to build A Room to Heal's long-term capacity to serve more children and families and help create healthier futures for the children it serves. The VISTA will focus on strengthening volunteer management, program management, and impact tracking so the organization can operate more effectively, demonstrate its outcomes more clearly, and expand its reach in a sustainable way.
