Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will work across the whole application stack, from React/Next.js interfaces to Node.js, Flask, or Django backends and databases. You will help design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, including products that integrate third-party APIs and AI/ML services. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Turn UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and manage REST APIs that support front-end functionality and integrate with third-party platforms and external services.
• Implement authentication, role-based access control, and secure data handling.
• Design database schemas, ensure data integrity, and optimize queries.
• Automate business processes by integrating third-party APIs and workflow tools.
• Contribute to AI-powered features such as LLM/API integrations and ML model deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that follows best practices.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
• Support deployment of web applications and help improve development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development (internship experience considered), with a portfolio showing front-end and back-end projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React.js or Next.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Flask or Django), and related frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and Firebase or similar NoSQL/cloud databases.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, including third-party API integration.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML tools and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience building AI-integrated applications, such as RAG architectures or OpenAI API integrations.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Mobile development experience (Kotlin).
• Data analysis and visualization skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or other UI frameworks, and an understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or automated testing (training provided).
• A strong GitHub profile or open-source contributions.
