Job Description PSS LLC is currently taking applications for General Laborers for a 2,500-acre Data Center project located in Hubbard, Texas between Dallas and Waco. This role will support the maintenance of the construction site and perform basic organization, maintenance, cleanup and general physical tasks as assigned to support the safe, organized, and clean operation of this large construction site. Job Type: Project based Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Duration & Schedule: 2-year project duration; 5-6 days per week, 10 hours per day Per Diem: $95 per day worked with 7-days paid if full weekly schedule is worked. Must live 65 miles or greater from the site. Work Location : Onsite Responsibilities Maintain grass and weeds around work sites and facilities using small mowers and weed trimmers. Assist with the preparation of work areas by clearing debris, organizing materials, and assisting craft workers with physical tasks. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the site. Support skilled workers by holding, lifting, and positioning materials as needed for various tasks. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
