Job Qualifications:
Completed Bachelors Degree
Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field in progress
2 or more years of Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
In addition, all candidates will need:
• Valid state-issued drivers license and car insurance (driving is required) • Must be computer literate, highly dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability. • Drive a minimum of 30-60 miles from your location, or locations as needed to fulfill client needs, required • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of the ABSI team, the general public, and the people we support • Ability to work in home, school, and clinical settings • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and push a wheelchair and be out in a variety of weather • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively • Must have good leadership skills
Professional Development Opportunities:
We offer Behavior Specialists / Case Managers Professional Development to become a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisors (QASP and QASP-S) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We will supply the BCBA field work requirements (supervision hours) for individuals to meet the qualifications to sit for the BCBA exam.
