About the Role:
Join Creative Behavioral Solutions LLC as an ABA Behavior Technician to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work directly with clients and families to help children reach meaningful developmental and behavioral goals.


We are currently looking for technicians in New Jersey (Newark and Jersey City)


The behavior technician provides direct behavioral intervention to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. The behavior technician will work closely with the board-certified behavior technician to implement ABA therapy methods. Behavior technicians are responsible for recording all therapeutic interventions, data, and progress.


Responsibilities:
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support clients’ development.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior modifications.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community.
  • Engage clients in structured activities to promote skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation is used to travel between client locations.
