Behavioral Therapist - United Arab Emirates

Location: Living full-time in United Arab Emirates (living accommodations & travel to U.A.E. will be provided and paid for by company)

Schedule: Full-time, onsite in U.A.E. (flexibility required)

Yearly Salary: $70,000 USD

As an ABA Therapist working for our client in the UAE, you’ll play a key role in helping an individual achieve their goals while working with a collaborative team of professionals.

What You’ll Do

As an ABA Therapist, you’ll implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to support skill development and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing clinical programming as designed by the BCBA and Lead Teacher.
  • Collecting and recording accurate data to track progress.
  • Participating in team meetings to enhance programming and collaboration.
  • Supporting individuals in community activities such as classes, sports lessons, and other outings.
  • Ensuring consistency in programming across different environments, including travel.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors.
  • Advocating for and safeguarding individuals’ rights.
  • Completing all required training and maintaining relevant certifications.

You’re a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You thrive in a structured environment and are eager to apply your knowledge of ABA principles to create meaningful change.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with ABA-based programming.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it).
