About the Role:
This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and analyze data
- Provide parent training and support
- Collaborate with clinical team
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable)
- BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA
- 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel
- Strong communication and organization skills
