ABA Case Supervisor

Intercare Therapy is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will oversee ABA treatment programs for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, conduct assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based services, train and mentor staff, monitor client progress, and contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous learning.
