ABA Community Outreach Liaison

Our services are grounded in individualized care, strong community relationships, and a commitment to creating meaningful outcomes for the people we support. We are seeking a personable, resourceful, and community-oriented professional to increase awareness of our ABA services and develop trusted relationships throughout Essex County. Position Overview The ABA Community Outreach Liaison will represent Heart to Hearts ABA program in the local community and help families, professionals, and community organizations better understand the services available through our East Orange clinic. This is a field-based relationship-development position. The successful candidate will spend time both at the clinic and throughout the community, meeting with referral sources, attending events, providing program information, coordinating clinic tours, and connecting interested families with the intake team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in ABA, childrens behavioral health, child welfare, education, family services, or community outreach. A current or former Registered Behavior Technician, retired child-welfare professional, family-support professional, or community liaison may be especially well suited for the role.
