Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and support exceptional team members.

Scheduling amp; Productivity
Coordinate schedules to maximize clinical hours and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop long-term client and staff schedules
- Match therapists to clients based on availability and clinical fit
- Coordinate time-off requests, coverage, and make-up sessions
- Communicate directly with staff and families regarding scheduling updates
- Assist therapists with session confirmations and documentation reminders

- Prepare monthly productivity reports for staff and clients
- Provide utilization data for supervision and indirect hours upon request
HR amp; Compliance Support
Help maintain a compliant, organized, and well-supported workplace.

- Take out trash and help keep the clinic clean, safe, and organized
- Develop and maintain toy and materials check-out systems
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering clinic supplies as needed
- Support day-to-day operational needs to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
Clinical Support
Provide direct assistance to maintain continuity of care.
