Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill development.
Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Requirements:
NO DEGREE NEEDED! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED BUT PREFERRED. WILLING TO TRAIN
Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
BCBA or RBT certification preferred or in progress.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment goals.
