Responsibilities:
· Conduct one-to-one ABA therapeutic services to our clients
· Training and supervision provided by our highly-qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
· Document and track client programs and metrics
· Communicate with client team and SBS staff to ensure quality
Requirements:
· At least 1 year+ experience as an ABA therapist in-home and/or in clinic
· Bachelor’s Degree minimum
· Child development, Special Education, and/or Education endorsements a plus!
· Hard-working, positive, energetic, and committed candidates
· Reliable transportation

Steinberg Behavior Solutions offers in-home and in-school ABA Evaluation and Treatment for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We work with your child to create an individualized treatment plan to help him/her succeed.
Every ABA program is designed and supervised by one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A team of direct behavior therapists will work under the supervision of the BCBA to provide the direct ABA therapy to your child. Our therapists all of extensive academic coursework and experience in the field. When joining Steinberg Behavior Solutions, they undergo a comprehensive training curriculum before working with any child.
