Scope of Work
The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Tutor Senior will assist with onboarding and directly training staff (Behavior technicians and ABA Tutors) and practicum/student trainees in providing 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental. Ability to effectively train and monitor behavioral treatment delivered by ABA tutor(s), behavioral technician(s), or practicum/student trainee(s). Additionally, the Aba Tutor Senior will develop and facilitate lesson plans for group instruction as directed by Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
