The position is a full-time ABA Tutor working year-round with a salary of $27.05/hour, qualifying for town benefits. The tutor supports students with Autism in a partner program using ABA principles, under supervision of a Head Teacher and BCBA. Responsibilities include ensuring student safety, implementing behavioral and academic programs, data collection, progress reporting, facilitating skill generalization, modifying curricula for inclusion, and collaborating with team members and parents. Qualifications preferred are experience in education, special education, or psychology, with familiarity in Autism and ABA principles.
