ABG Operator Level I

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day
• Get the printed rolls from the table to mount them on the roller that will feed them through the machine
• Set up the correct rolling die to cut the shape on the job, passing through, and ensure the cutters are at the correct length to cut the job
• Observe the ABG machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate count and correct cut
• Replace worn-out blades on cutters and adjust/clean rollers to ensure safe and accurate operation
• Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs. Must be proactive in completing other duties as assigned.
