What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on diesel experience (Class 4–8 trucks)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Cummins, CAT, Detroit, PACCAR, etc.
- Familiarity with diagnostic platforms (Insite, DDL, ServiceMaxx, etc.)
- A “fix it right the first time” mindset
- Personal accountability and attention to detail
Your Role
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks
- Identify root cause failures and related damage
- Work closely with advisors and parts to deliver efficient turnaround
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Represent the shop with professionalism
