Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30pm to 4:00pm
What You Will Be Doig
- Routine / annual maintenance on Residential and light commercial HVAC Systems
- 50/50 commercial to residential work
- On-demand service and repair calls as needed on AC, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, RTU's, boilers, hot water heaters etc.
- Consulting with customers on repair, upgrades, IQA accessories, and replacement options
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience performing preventive, routine, or annual HVAC maintenance
- Familiarity with servicing residential and light commercial systems
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable, insurable driving record
- Must supply personal hand tools and a power drill
- Completion of an HVAC trade school program or certification is preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
