Major/Essential Functions

  • Coordinates teacher staffing, hiring, onboarding, assignment management, and personnel-related processes while maintaining accurate records and supporting employee transitions.
  • Provides administrative support to academic leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other operational activities.
  • Attends meetings as assigned, records and distributes meeting notes, monitors action items, and facilitates follow-up to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with academic, marketing, and operational departments to support communications, website updates, promotional initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Assists with the development, coordination, and evaluation of student organizations, student support initiatives, and other programs that enhance student engagement and success.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Candidates selected for this position will be subject to a post-offer, pre-employment Texas Tech University background check, and in addition, a Texas Education Agency criminal background check and fingerprinting as required by the Texas Legislature for independent school districts.
