Responsible for
maintaining the rules, standards, daily operations, resident accountability,
and educational programming of the center. Coordinates all aspects of resident
curriculum, growth plans, and academic progress while ensuring the safety,
care, spiritual development, and day to day functioning of the program.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalence required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or willingness to pursue further education in Biblical Studies, Behavioral Sciences, LDAC, or related fields
No experience needed. Will provide on the job training
At least one year of sobriety and completion of an Adult & Teen Challenge program preferred
Adult & Teen Challenge Teacher Certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
Certified Recovery Coach preferred
Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Layperson Naloxone Training must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
