General & Subspecialty Dermatology: Practice general dermatology or develop your niche in cosmetics, skin of color, hair loss, contact dermatitis or another area of interest
Resident Support: Teach and mentor dermatology residents with protected academic time
Full-Time & Part-Time Dermatology:Full-time or part-time option beginning at 2 clinical days per week
Physician Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in leadership development opportunities

$400,000 starting base with yearly increases + production incentive
