Job Summary:
This position provides administrative, academic, and operational support for the Department of Criminal Justice & Legal Studies by coordinating graduate program administration, student success initiatives, recruitment and outreach activities, departmental communications, event planning, and strategic projects. The Academic Operations Coordinator serves as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, alumni, and university partners to support efficient departmental operations, enhance student engagement, and advance the department's enrollment, retention, and programmatic goals. This position also supports departmental administrative processes, reporting activities, and operational initiatives to ensure effective service to students, faculty, and other stakeholders.Job Description:
