The Department of Urology at our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urology Surgeon for a full-time faculty role at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, contingent upon experience and academic credentials. This position offers eligibility for both tenure and non-tenure tracks.

The anticipated annual salary range for this role is between $250,000 and $275,000, representing the academic base salary funded by the University. The final salary will be determined based on market data, internal equity, candidate qualifications, and budget considerations. Additional clinical compensation will be provided through a member practice agreement.
