The Office of Undergraduate Studies is the central location for all undergraduate academic functions in the College of Public Health. This office centralizes student recruitment, pre and post admission advisement, monitoring of student progress and probationary status, certification of students for graduation, maintains student records and College academic files, implements, and evaluates college-wide academic policies related to undergraduates while operating our University wide undergraduate programs. The Office of Undergraduate Studies is led by the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies who is part of the Dean''s leadership team. Minimum:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
