Overview
The Harrison College of Pharmacy is pleased to open applications for a Academic Programs Administrator to handle high-level administrative and project coordination tasks within the Division of Student Experience and the Division of Academic Programs. This professional role requires strong judgment and teamwork skills to manage complex recruitment and admissions projects with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate ordering and inventory of office, teaching, team room, recruitment materials, and skills lab supplies for the Division of Academic Programs and the Division of Student Experience.
Provide administrative and logistical support for the Division of Academic Programs and the Division of Student Experience, including student orientation, locker key distribution, scheduling meetings, and assisting curriculum guests with scheduling, confirmations, and parking arrangements.
Manage Division of Academic Programs and Division of Student Experience financial activities, including budget reconciliations, purchasing cards, and travel processing.
Support the Teach Assistant onboarding, compliance, and training processes in coordination with Human Resources and departmental liaisons.
Assist with standardized patient (SP) hiring, training, scheduling, and operational support in collaboration with Human Resources and program staff.
Provide operational support for performance-based assessments (PBAs), including student check-in, attendance tracking, traffic flow, food coordination, and scheduling make-up activities.
Provide Progress IQ support and collaborate with others in the College to determine student team assignments.
Proctor exams as needed, including testing accommodations.
Provide administrative and event support for the College, Division of Academic Programs, and Division of Student Experience, including support for the Professional Education Committee, welcome events, and special programs.
Qualifications
Level I:
Level II:
Bachelor's degree -no specific discipline
2 years of experience in project or program administration.
Level III:
Bachelor's degree- no specific discipline
4 years of experience in project or program administration.
Substitutions Allowed for Education:
When a candidate has the required experience, but lacks the required education, they may normally apply additional relevant experience toward the education requirement, at a rate of two (2) years relevant experience per year of required education.
