Position Qualification
Position Summary The Family Nurse Practitioner FNP Track Professor provides academic leadership and instruction supporting preparation of advanced practice nurses for primary care across the lifespan. The role teaches and mentors students in diagnostic reasoning, comprehensive assessment, health promotion, disease prevention, and management of common acute and stable chronic conditions in ambulatory-family practice settings while ensuring quality compliance and strong clinical partnership alignment.
Required Qualifications
• Master of Science in Nursing • Minimum doctorate in nursing (preferred) • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska • Current teaching experience and experience in clinical environment (preferred)
