Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Academic Reconstructive Urologist to join our expanding team at our organization. This full-time role is based in Worcester, MA, and offers a competitive salary range of $425,000 to $435,000. Please be aware that the final compensation may vary within this range, taking into account the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join an established and growing urology program with a strong academic partnership with UMass Chan Medical School.
  • Develop and expand a reconstructive urology practice, focusing on upper and lower tract surgeries, urethral reconstruction, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic/urinary tract reconstruction.
  • Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including robotics, with multidisciplinary surgical support.
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
  • Manage a diverse and complex case mix with a robust referral base.
  • Receive dedicated administrative, clinical, and operational support to enhance efficiency and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Commit to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
  • Completion of a fellowship in Reconstructive Urology is required.
  • Possession of an MD or DO degree and eligibility for a Massachusetts medical license.
