Academic Success Coach Red Wing

The Success Coach provides holistic, student-centered advising and academic support to pre-health care students while supporting core Academic Support Center (ASC) operations at the Red Wing campus. The role delivers individualized advising, coaching, and retention-focused case management to promote academic progression and timely completion, using data-informed practices and advising technologies to guide course planning and address barriers to success. In addition, the position administers daily testing operations, including accommodated and standardized exams, by coordinating scheduling, proctoring, technology, and communications to ensure secure, compliant, and accessible testing services. The role also supports ASC front desk operations and collaborates across departments to deliver integrated student services, assist during peak periods, contribute to campus engagement, and maintain consistent communication and documentation aligned with institutional policies and practices.
