This position primarily operates in a remote work environment; however, maintaining strong relationships and active engagement with campus partners remains an important aspect of the role. Periodic on-campus presence may be required to support major events, stakeholder meetings, project activities, testing, training, and other initiatives that benefit from in-person collaboration.

The Academic System Analyst serves as a functional partner to academic and administrative departments, supporting the administration, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Arts & Sciences and enterprise applications. Reporting to the Associate Director of Academic Technology & Systems, this position provides functional systems support, business analysis, project implementation, and user engagement to help deliver reliable, user-centered technology services across Arts & Sciences.
The Academic Systems Analyst supports a portfolio of applications and initiatives, balancing day-to-day operational support with project work, testing, documentation, reporting support, and process improvement.
