QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to job assignment preferred.
- Professional or academic experience demonstrating knowledge in a field related to assigned job responsibilities.
- Professional or academic experience demonstrating ability to coach or tutor high school students preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as may be allowed by law and acceptable to the Board.
- New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $45,000-$55,000
